12 hours + 20 live podcasts = a great day!
I had the pleasure of hosting an International Podcast Day celebration. We had podcasters and guests from several different countries represented throughout the day. United States, Canada, Australia, and Netherlands were all represented.
This event was special for me. I really feel this is where I hit my stride in production.
I was able to:
Build a landing page and sell tickets
Book all guests and time slots
Run the main stage
Have recordings available BEFORE THE EVENT ENDED
Had all videos from all sessions in the hands of the podcasters WITHIN 12 HOURS
ALL WITH A TEAM OF 1!
I’m really proud of the process I’ve been building and the efficiency of the process I’ve created with hosting virtual events!
